Hummus Dip
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked garbanzo beans
1/2 cup tahini
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup water
Optional: 1/8 tsp paprika
Directions:
In a food processor, combine the garbanzo beans, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin and sea salt. Process until roughly combined.
Continue processing while streaming in up to 1/2 cup of water until desired consistency is reached. If desired, served sprinkled with paprika. Enjoy!
