This can be purchased OTC pretty much anywhere. It contains all the cannabinoids (minus THC) found in the Marijuana plant. Certain cannabinoids are anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor growth, antimicrobial, aid with sleep, stabilizes blood sugar, reduces muscle spasms and intestinal spasm. It’s just great to use every day for anything that ails you.  A good dose is around 10 mg 1-2 x a day. Take in the evening to start, and increase dose slowly. Look at the serving size on back of bottle before you purchase, because you want one that provides 10 mg of CBD per .5 -1 ml, otherwise you’ll go through a bottle in a week. You must, shake the bottle before each use because everything goes to the bottom. Put the drops in a spoon or 2 oz of water (not straight in your mouth) and swish and swallow.
