		<description>I would need to look at the body as a whole, not just the area where the symptoms occur. I would want to find the stressor&#039;s that have weakened the immune system. I would evaluate the diet, lifestyle and emotional well being of the patient also. Only after this could I make suggestions to help this chronic issue, and strengthen the body. 		<description>When we focus on the whole person, and not their symptoms, we can get to the underlying problems that are causing their body to weaken and break down. Ones diet and lifestyle have a huge impact on their level of health, either positively or negatively. Making small changes in our diet,  daily habits, and something as simple as drinking more water, can alleviate many of the symptoms we deal with daily.</description>

		<description>These seemingly simple suggestions are really helpful.  I did not realize just how much I was cheating myself of sleep, and what a difference it makes to get 8 hours!  And I love what I&#039;m calling my &quot;3 minute pause&quot; and the meditation and visualizations.  Thanks for reminding me I can feel so much better without spending a dime on massages, etc.</description>
